Quality Assurance

Cooler Engineering was founded on the principle of Quality. Our dedicated quality control team will ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards. We have developed our Quality Assurance manual based on ISO 9002 standards.

We made the conscious decision in 2007 to buy new machines and equipment, which will ultimately contribute to our goal in delivering quality products. New machinery and equipment will ensure that we can manufacture our products to extreme tolerances; therefore we will deliver in our promise - Quality!

As part of our cleaning and maintenance service we will replace all bolts and nuts with new bolts and nuts. Side plates and Water boxes will be shot blast to remove all rust and painted with corrosion prevention paint and a final layer will be painted according to the clients colour specifications.

We welcome all third party inspections at our premises prior to delivery.
